During your first counselling session, you will have a chance to ask any questions you may have about counselling and to talk a bit about what’s bothering you. This will also enable us to work out whether we feel we can work together. If you wish, we can then set up an appointment.
The first session is without charge to enable us to understand if working together is likely to be helpful. Subsequent sessions are £40. Some concessions are available depending on your individual circumstances.
